By purchasing any course the viewer accepts and agrees to the following Terms of Service:

Each NVPT course must be taken in sequence. Each course must be completed within 21 days of starting the course. Completion of a verification exam is required to receive a Padula Institute of Vision Certificate of Completion and to proceed to the next course. Optometrists wanting COPE credit, must complete an additional COPE Exam. (see the COPE PDF on course detail page for instructions).

A Viewer’s agreement is required prior to taking any course. The Viewer’s agreement is located within the course registration process. The participant understands that any treatment presented in the courses is for educational purposes only. All treatment procedures require the appropriate prescription and authorization of a qualified optometrist or physician.

Refund requests will be individually addressed and will be granted for personal hardship or other valid reasons. Unused portions of any purchase for courses not completed will be refunded.
